Before adding applications, please read the following instructions carefully:

- If the swimmer's coach is a current NISCA member, you will need the membership number to fill out the application in order to avoid paying the non-member fee.

- If you would like to avoid paying non-member fees, you can become a member become a member before you fill out an application.  Only active members will be given a member discount.

- Fall applications are due by December 31st. Winter applications are due by March 31st. Spring applications are due by June 15th.

- You should be running Internet Explorer 7 or Mozilla Firefox 3 when submitting applications.  Use of any other browser is at your own risk.  Javascript must be enabled.

- You do not have to pay anything if you are a NISCA member and your application is not late.  Otherwise, there is a $20.00 non-member fee and a $10.00 late fee.

- Before you begin, it is highly recommended that you create a PayPal Account.  Although you are not required to open an account through PayPal to submit the applications, it will expedite the process in the future (and make online transactions at some other websites easier).  We use PayPal to securely handle transactions.  We do not handle any of your financial information through our online system.

- If you require payment when entering applications, you must pay for them in order for them to be processed.  To do this, click 'Proceed to Checkout' instead of 'Continue Shopping' when you are redirected on the PayPal page after submitting an application.  If your application requires payment and you do not pay, your application will not be added to the system.

- Do not use all capitalization.  Use normal punctuation and capitalization.
Thomas Jefferson not THOMAS JEFFERSON
Washington High School not WASHINGTON HIGH SCHOOL or Washington HS or H.S.

- The certificate will read exactly how you have entered the swimmer's name.  Please make sure you are using the swimmer's preferred formal or nickname.  If you make an error entering information, corrected certificates can be ordered at the regular re-order cost through our re-order system.

- Do not submit duplicate applications.  Wait until the end of the season and submit the one best performance for each swimmer in each event.  Once an application is submitted on line do not submit one for the same swimmer in the same event by mail or by fax.  One application only!  Be sure you enter the exact SAME NAME for the swimmer on ALL APPLICATIONS (If you enter once as "Thomas Jefferson", enter applications for additional (different) events as "Thomas Jefferson", not "Tommy Jefferson" for one and "Tom Jefferson" for another.  Likewise, use the same spelling and form for the school name on all applications.

- It is your responsibility to confirm that application has been accepted.  Acceptance by NISCA would mean that all applicable fees (non-member, late) have been paid and results (see list of meets below for which results are not required) have been received.  If an application has not been accepted by June 15th your swimmer's name will not appear on the official published All America list.  Applications accepted after June 15th will be subject to additional late charges.  Applications will appear on the Accepted List on this website.

Meet results are not required for your state meet, CIF championship meets, Eastern Independent Championship meet, and the New England Prep championship meet.  For all other meets it is your responsibility to supply results to the All America Clearinghouse.
